Kromasil®
Kromasil® premium silica-based HPLC columns and chromatography packings are developed for analytical up to process scale applications. Kromasil has superior mechanical and chemical stability, high available surface area, and a narrow pore size distribution. This results in long lifetime and high loading capacity. In addition the surface properties are excellent, making it possible to run even basic compounds without the use of additives.

Kromasil Eternity is the new platform for chromatography, with extended chemical stability.

Use at any pH from 1 to 12. Run at high temperatures, part of the time or all the time. Kromasil Eternity is ideal for separation and purification of compounds under reversed phase HPLC and UHPLC. Since many pharmaceutical compounds are ionizable, the broad pH user window gives you freedom to alter retention time during method development.

Control selectivity - Choose the pH that offers the best selectivity and optimal run time for the application.
Save time and solvent - Smaller particles give higher plate count per meter. A shorter column with smaller particles can do the same work as a longer one with larger particles, saving time and eluent consumption.
Scale up or scale down - Scale up or down between analytical applications developed on small particles and semi-prep purification on columns with larger particles, maintaining retention times either way.
