UHP AQ C18
– 12 columnsUHP AQ C18 columns are specially designed for higher pressure operation (up to 600 bar) and are packed with a high performance microparticulate C18 packing for high-speed reversed phase HPLC. UHP AQ C18 columns are made of the spherical silica particles of the highest purity in the market. This high quality silica and an innovative unique bonding process result in an exceptional C18 phases with all desired properties. The chemistry of the bonding process is well controlled that results in remarkable column-to-column reproducibility. The uniform, spherical particles have a nominal surface area of 240 m2/g with a controlled pore size of 100Å. UHP AQ C18 columns are packed with a proprietary slurry technique to achieve uniform and stable packing bed for maximum column efficiency and lifetime. UHP AQ C18 columns are specially designed to have enhanced retention and selectivity for polar and semi-polar compounds. UHP AQ C18 can be used for most typical HPLC applications (from very polar to non-polar), such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, herbicides, food additives, peptides, amino acids, nucleotides, oligosaccharides, and organic acids.
Column Characteristic
