ZirChrom®-PHASE columns offer today's chromatographer the following advantages:
- Stable from pH 1-14 and at temperatures up to 150oC.
- Bare zirconia may be used as an extremely stable SEC phase, which does not produce tailing with amines.
- A support that may be modified for different selectivity by adding fluoride to the mobile phase.
- A very stable, regenerable alternative to fragile and expensive hydroxyapatite for protein chromatography.
