NUCLEOSIL® C8:
Not endcapped, available pore sizes 100, 120, 300 and 500 Å,
available particle sizes 3 µm, 5 µm, 7 µm and 10 µm
Separation mechanism based on hydrophobic (van der Waals) interactions, noticeable silanol interactions
pH stability at 20 °C for both types: 2–8; carbon content depends on phase
