GPC-1000 is a glycerol bonded size exclusion support on a 7 µ , 1000Å spherical silica designed to effectively analyze polymers by size. This support has minimal interaction with anionic and neutral water-soluble polymers and is most frequently used with linear molecules possessing MW ranges from 40-1000 kD. It also allows for the separation of globular molecules such as protein multimers with MW ranges from 400-10,000 kD.
