Chromolith® CapRod®
is a capillary column that combines the speed of monolithic silica technology with the sensitivity of nano-LC, hence enabling new productivity levels for high-throughput proteomics LC applications. In contrast to microparticulate columns Chromolith® CapRod® can be operated at significantly higher flow rates without loss of performance. Separations can be achieved at 1-3 µL/min compared to 200-400 nL/min for microparticulate columns.
