HPLC Columns
Hamilton manufactures both silica-based and polymeric HPLC columns, providing a wide range of column retention selectivities and performance benefits. Hamilton's polymeric HPLC columns combine the inertness and pH stability of polymeric supports with the pressure stability and durability of silica-based columns. Column packing materials are available for reversed phase, anion exchange, cation exchange, and ion exclusion separations.

Reversed Phase
Hamilton Company offers five polymeric and two silica-based column packing materials for reversed phase separations. Choose from our robust polymers or silica column types to narrow your search.

Silica Packings
Hamilton HxSil C8 and C18 columns exhibit greater retention than most columns. This allows the separation of compounds that are not sufficiently retained on other C8 or C18 columns.

HxSil C18 5 µm 4.6 x 150 mm
Hamilton HxSil C18 columns are well end-capped for retention time reproducibility and durability. HxSil C18 columns exhibit greater retention than most columns and enhances the separation of compounds that are not sufficiently retained on other C18 columns.
