Spirit Protein Columns are designed and manufactured for identification and purification of proteins and for compounds with high molecular weight. 

 
Spirit peptide, protein and organic columns are designed and produced to provide optimum resolution, reproducibility and durability for analyzing peptide, protein or organic samples. Spirit columns provide performance that is unsurpassed in efficiency, reliability and reproducibility. Spirit columns are inert and stable over a wide range of pH conditions. Extremely basic or acidic samples can be analyzed without worry.
 
Spirit HPLC columns are prepared using novel proprietary technologies to produce the best reverse phase columns available today. The silica used in our columns is manufactured from ultra-pure materials by rigorously controlled processes to prevent the possibility of contamination.
 
The Spirit columns have been end-capped using The Multifunctional End-capping Deactivation (MED) Technology which maximizes surface-bonding and blocking practically all the active centers that may have remained on the surface of the silica after bonding the carbon chains.
 
All Spirit columns are compatible with 0-100% organic solvents, as well as aqueous mobile phases, without any limitations.
