The ChiroSil® RCA(+) chiral stationary phases were developed by RStech Corporation in Daejeon, South Korea. This phase is prepared by a covalent trifunctional bonding of (+) or (-) -(18-Crown-6)-tetracarboxylic acid as the chiral selector. The covalent bonding ensures univesal solvent compatibility and allows operation under ambient conditions.
