SRT®-C, uses lay-down monolayer on porous silica as oppose to SRT of stand-up monolayer (as shown below), offers ideal phase chemistry for hydrophobic samples like insulin, membrane protein monoclonal antibodies derivatized with polymer branches (polypeptide or PEG) separation.
