Jordi GEL DVB

by JORDI

Jordi Gel DVB

DVB columns are prepared from 100% divinyl benzene as compared to the more common polystyrene divinyl benzene copolymer used by other manufacturers. This unique chemistry imparts greater strength and rigidity to the gels due to their highly crosslinked structure.

Jordi DVB columns have undergone over 30 years of refinement and represent one of the best GPC columns on the market today. They are unique in their ability to be used in virtually any solvent and remain extremely durable.

Highly linear calibrations and a wide range of porosities mark these packings. Routine or difficult solvents alike, Jordi DVB columns represent the pinnacle of GPC column excellence.

Advantages of Jordi DVB columns:

  • Rugged – high temperature stable (145˚ C) nearly all organic solvents
  • Linear Calibrations – maximize precision of molecular weight calculations
  • Range of Porosities – 100Å to 105Å & Mixed Beds
  • Solvents – can be changed without damaging the column.
  • Wide pH Range – mobile phase & pH values from 0 to 14.
  • Efficient – High plate counts for sharp, symmetrical peaks.
  • Powerful – High pore-volume for greater resolution
  • Long column life – 3 month warranty standard

Similar columns from other manufacturers to Jordi GEL DVB

Up to 10 unique Brand families from other Vendors with the same Mode and the same Modification.

How similarity is calculated
Eligible families receive a weighted score from Modification (25%), Product Usage (20%), Carbon Load (15%), Endcapping (10%), Pore Size (10%), Surface Area (8%), pH Stability (8%) and Particle Size (4%). The score uses data available in both families and requires at least three comparable criteria, at least 50% data coverage and a minimum 55% score. A relevant active sponsor may appear first and is always labelled Sponsored.
A similarity score does not guarantee identical selectivity or performance. Confirm suitability under the intended method conditions.
No other-Vendor Brand family with the same Mode and Modification meets the comparable-data and similarity thresholds.
