HYDROCELL RP 10S PEEK

HYDROCELL RP 10S is produced from PS-DVB particles with particle size 5 µm and 10 µm (d50) respectively. The pore size are about 500Å respectively. These particles have high pore volume and large pore size. The major advantages of these new media are lower back pressure and higher permeability in the operation. The media reduce the fluctuation and drop of back pressure when it was used in the gradient separation.

RP 10S is prepared from 10 µm (d50), average 500 Å spherical PS-DVD particles which give increased permeability, reducing the fluctuation and drop of back pressure and is suitable for the separation of peptides, oligonucleotide and other biomolecules.
