SFC Cyano is a phase of high purity spherical silica fully covered by propylcyano functional group that leads to special interaction with polar compounds. The bonded cyano phase especially allows high selectivity separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds, such as peptides, proteins, acidic, neutral and basic organic compounds, and pharmaceuticals.
