SFC Diol is a phase of high purity spherical silica fully covered by 1,2-dihydroxypropyl propyl ether functional groups that allow special interaction with polar compounds. The special bonding chemistry enables high efficiency and stability separation of polar pharmaceuticals, peptide, and proteins. SFC-Diol phase can also be used as size exclusion separation of biological molecules.
