The Pursuit PAH line is based on a specially tailored, polymerically bonded C18 phase designed for the complete resolution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Using the 100 x 4.6 mm Pursuit 3 μm PAH column, all 16 components of the PAH mixture defined by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) method 610 can be fully resolved in less than ten minutes. Separation of critical pairs is maintained, while run times are reduced by as much as a factor of two.
